The administration building at 8701 Holmes (also known as the Center "White House") will be demolished in early June after nearly 100 years of use. About 57 of those years saw the house serve as administrative offices for the school district.
We are hosting a farewell event on Monday, May 22 from 4pm to 7pm. This is an open house event where you can come when you want and stay as long as you want. We will NOT be able to offer tours of the building due to safety issues, but we will have refreshments, a table with yearbooks to look through, a history of the original chicken farmhouse, a place to write your favorite stories, and an opportunity to take photos.
