Meet the District Teacher of the Year: Ms. Stephanie Gonzalez – Special Education Teacher at Center Elementary

Retired teachers and community members, met as a district review team to interview the top three District finalists for the Teacher of the Year award. The finalists were chosen by the Professional Development Committee, which reviewed nomination packets submitted by building leaders. The names had been removed from the nomination packets so the committee could determine winners based on the merit of the nominees.
