Welcome to Red Bridge Elementary, Home of the Roadrunners!
Hello! I am super excited to start the year with all of the wonderful Red Bridge Elementary students. As a principal, you can expect the following from me:
Work hard to build and maintain positive relationships with all students, staff, families, and the community.
Strive to make every child's educational experience as equitable as possible.
Focused on educating the 'whole child' - academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
Believe a partnership between school and home magnifies a student's success.
At RBE, we are focused on the ABC’s of education - Achieving success, Building character, and Creating Community. We are committed to developing independent self-motivated learners with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving and real-world application.
At Red Bridge, we implement a Positive Behavior Instructional Support (PBIS) system which focuses on students being safe, respectful, and responsible.
Four critical questions drive our work:
1. What do we expect our students to learn?
2. How will we know if they have learned it?
3. How will we respond when (IF) they don’t learn?
4. How will we respond if they already know it?
At RBE, we believe parents are essential partners in the education of our students and value their input in order to provide each student with the best possible education.
